“When we work to implement a ban on corporal punishment on children at schools, there are a number of related questions that arise. This handbook will answer a number of questions aimed at clarifying the key issues involved. It gives government officials, education professionals and those working to implement bans more confidence in their pursuit of legal reform, gradually moving towards realizing the right of the child to be protected from all forms of violence in all circumstances”
