The project aims to promote the participation of girls and women in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (abbreviated as STEMher) implemented by the Institute of Management for Sustainable Development (MSD) with sponsorship from 3M corporation. The goal of the project is to create inspiration and conditions for girls to access education and pursue careers in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (abbreviated as STEM).

STEMherVN has inspired and promoted equality in educational access and career opportunities for women and girls in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). ​

The project has also created opportunities for students with difficult circumstances in Vietnam’s highlands to access and explore STEM activities at school, and mobilize teachers and school officials to integrate STEM activities into the curriculum. The curriculum aims to create conditions for comprehensive development of students.
