Venue: Hanoi with some travels to other provinces and countries when necessary

Approach:
To support the MSD team to achieve the best results, we are in need of a Program Officer to support the organization to manage the Children and Youth program and do communication work for the program and MSD in general.
B. ASSIGNEMENT REQUESTS
1. Working Assignment: The CandY Program Officer will be responsible for the effective management, implementation, and communication of projects related to children and youth, including child rights, digital citizenship, inclusive education, and youth-led community engagement (The program portfolio can be seen at MSD profile). The position will also contribute to organizational advocacy, partnership development, and fundraising efforts.

3. Travel: This assignment requires travel to Hue/Danang and Ho Chi Minh City, and other provinces or other countries when necessary. The travel fee and per diem will be under MSD’s cost norm system.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Project Management, Education, Development Studies (Master’s is a plus).
