Management and Sustainable Development Institute (MSD) is a Vietnamese Non-governmental Organization established on March 05, 2008. From 2021, MSD officially becomes United Way Vietnam – a member of United Way Worldwide – the largest global network of non-profit organizations.
Under the Shinhan Square Bridge – Social Open Innovation program, MSD collaborates with innovative startups to pilot impactful technology solutions to address social challenges in Vietnam. MSD is currently supporting MetaCode in expanding AI education access for Vietnamese students.

Our team values open communication, data-driven decision making, and maximizing productivity through the use of generative AI tools.
Since launching our official service in June 2024, we have achieved over 50,000 course registrations and 60,000 MAU within just one year. In May, we recorded monthly revenue of 200M KRW, and we are on track for a 400% YoY revenue growth.
Without external investment, MetaCode has already reached profitability, proving a stable business model while sustaining high growth. As corporate and government investments in AI continue to expand rapidly, demand from students, enterprises, and institutions for our programs is growing as well.

Position: AI Chatbot Operations Support Officer
Contract Period: 01/11/2025 – 31/12/2025
Format: Fully remote
Working Mode: Full-time (9 hours per day (1-hour break included) – 5 days/week, flexible based on school schedules)
Key Responsibilities
– Review the performance of MetaCode’s AI chatbot designed for English exam preparation in Vietnam
– Evaluate chatbot responses for accuracy, usefulness, and errors; provide feedback and improvement reports
– Support teachers and students during pilot operations at partner high schools
– Conduct student surveys and interviews, collect feedback, and prepare regular reports
