On the occasion of the Vietnamese Day for Persons with Disabilities, on April 17-18, 2021, the Management and Sustainable Development Institute (MSD) coordinated with the Cerebral Palsy Family Association in Vietnam to provide 97 gifts to families whose children with disabilities in Lam Dong in which 56 gift packages were given in Dak Lak, 23 packages given in Gia Lai, 7 in Kon Tum, 11 in Dak Nong. Thus, 110 gifts from the fundraising campaign “Giving gift packages to families with children with cerebral palsy in the Central Highlands" were delivered to the families.
These gifts were provided to families using the funds raised in the campaign in February on the MoMo E-Wallet. The campaign successfully raised 150,000,000 VND to give 100 gifts to families with children with cerebral palsy in the Central Highlands.
Each package includes food (rice, eggs, milk, cooking oil, etc.), soap, toothpaste, brushes, masks, diapers, etc. It is expected that the gifts will be used for about 1 month for a household of 4-5 people.
