On the morning of April 12, 2021, in Dak Lak, the Institute of Management for Sustainable Development (MSD) in collaboration with the Children’s Department – Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs held a workshop to share the results of the Survey on Young Voices of Children. Young Voices in Vietnam at Le Duan High School. The event is part of the Capacity Building for Social Organizations Project, funded by Save the Children and the Swedish Agency for International Development Cooperation.
The event had the participation of representatives of the Department of Children – Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; Representatives of local authorities; Management Board, teachers and students of Le Duan High School.
The workshop introduced 15 outstanding findings of the Young Voice in Vietnam survey and shared the reporting process that was used to consult and develop national programs and policies for children, with the active participation of children. At the same time, the workshop also recorded the statements and opinions of the students on future career issues, school violence, Children’s rights in expressing their own opinions, etc.
