UNDEF was established by the UN Secretary-General in 2005 as a United Nations General Trust Fund to support democratization efforts around the world. Justice Initiatives Facilitation Fund (JIFF) is aiming to build capacity of Non-State Actors to contribute to enhancement of awareness of rights, access to justice and judicial reforms.
