Ms. Nguyen Phuong Linh is the Executive Director of the Research Center for Management and Sustainable Development (MSD) from 2009.
Ms. Linh holds master degree of Strategic Management from London Metropolitan University, UK and many certificates relating to strategy, management, development and human right education from recognized national and international training organizations.
Ms. Linh has engaged in civil society and small and media enterprises (SME) sector for years in the position of leader, trainer, consultant and researcher. Her specialization are in capacity building, strategic organizational development, resource mobilization for CSOs and SMEs, human right education and advocacy.
During her work in MSD, Ms Linh was elected as the general coordinator of the Action for CSO Development Alliance (CSA Vietnam) – an alliance of Vietnamese CSOs throughout Vietnam which advocates and promotes for an enabling environment the development of Vietnamese CSOs. She was also the national coordinator of CSO Initiative on Promoting Transparency and Mutual Accountability (CSO-TAI). At international level, Ms. Linh is the Southeast Asian sub regional coordinator of CSO Partnership for Development Effectiveness (CPDE). Ms. Linh has conducted many publications on guiding CSOs practicing of transparency and accountability, fundraising and public policy advocacy. She created ODIC (Organization development methodology of Inspiring Culture) to support build capacity for more than 300 CSOs throughout Vietnam.
Ms. Huong is Development Effectiveness Manager of MSD since 2015. She holds master degree on public policy from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore, focusing on aid effectiveness. With fifteen years of experience working in development sector, Huong’s experience derived from both full-time professional and independent works for international organisations (development partners and Non- Governmental Organisations) as well as inter-governmental organisation in Viet Nam and in the Mekong Region. Her expertise includes programme development, project management, evidence-based monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, knowledge management, communications, partnership, in various fields of development in the region: civil society, natural resource management, urban strategic planning, rural business promotion, agriculture, advocacy and livelihoods.

Ms. Trang Hoang is currently the manager of Human right promotion program in MSD Viet Nam. Pursuing the master degree in Development Studies in Ireland, Ms. Trang dedicates her life for the career of promoting human rights for marginalized groups, particularly street children, women, disabled people and migrant population. Trang’s belief is that sustainable development can be achieved only when basic legitimate rights of each individual are enjoyed and protected. As such, during her 5 years working with MSD, Ms. Trang has conducted many national projects namely Filling the Void, Break the Circle, Support the implementation of personal attachments for street children in HCM city…She also has rich experience as a trainer and facilitator in enhancing capacity for civil society organizations in Viet Nam.

Upon her graduation in faculty of international study, Hanoi University, Ms. Thanh Hoang chose to start her work with MSD as an ideal place to gain firsthand experience in development area. Inspired by MSD missions of enhancing capacity for local NGOs and protecting legitimate rights of vulnerable people, Thanh wants to dedicate her career for development sector, specializing in communication and strategic development for civil society. Working in MSD for 01 year as communication and project officer, Thanh has been contributing effectively for the success of many MSD’s projects

Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc works as the organization and project accountant in MSD since 2013. She graduated from Hanoi University of Industry with the bachelor degree of Accounting & Finance.
